In some cases, you will be asked for Exchange credentials every time when launching Microsoft Outlook, but there is no option for Remember my credentials in the Windows Security dialog box. Normally this can be fixed by checking the Remember my credentials checkbox after entering your credentials and clicking the OK button. If Outlook profiles are created manually or by using Exchange AutoDiscover, users may be prompted for their Exchange credentials when Outlook is launched.Ī Windows Security dialog box may appear after Outlook launches (see below).
